Walk-through and clearance sheet

We meet at your house, measure stairs and doors, and list what you already own. The clearance sheet becomes the filter for every later purchase so nothing is bought on hope.

If the stair cannot take a piece whole, we note whether it can travel in parts or whether we should look elsewhere.

Shortlist and holds

Within ten days we send a shortlist with dimensions, condition notes, and asking prices in EUR. You approve holds; we release anything that fails a second measure or a moisture check.

Dealer deposits are paid by you or by us against invoice — never mixed with studio fees.

Care

Workshop and surface work

Approved pieces come to Steenstraat or to a partner bench for stabilising and finish. You see photos before upholstery fabric is cut or colour matched.

Timeline for a four-object set is commonly four to eight weeks after the last purchase clears.

Delivery through tourist streets

Morning slots avoid peak Steenstraat crowds. We use soft wraps, stair runners, and a two-person lift plan. Neighbours get a courtesy note when a large cupboard needs shared stair time.

Placement ends with a walk-through of clearances, lamp cords, and rug edges.

Find

Aftercare window

For thirty days after placement we answer questions on seasonal movement, wax refresh, and textile cleaning. Extra site visits in that window are €95 each; later visits use the standard day rate.

We do not store objects long-term; storage after thirty days unpaid is arranged with a local warehouse at your cost.
