Clear EUR figures for visits, plans, sourcing, and placement — no zero placeholders.
First visits and advice
A 90-minute house visit with clearance notes is €180. Remote advice by video for clients already measured by a contractor is €95 for forty-five minutes.
Travel inside the Bruges ring is included. Visits beyond Oostkamp or Jabbeke add €0.55 per km round trip.

Object purchase prices and restoration invoices sit outside these figures and are shown line by line.
Hourly and day rates
Sourcing and project hours beyond a package bill at €85 per hour. Placement half-day €320; full day €580. Helper for heavy lifts €95 per day.
Condition reports €95 per object. Written mix plans for three rooms €490 as listed on Mixing eras.
Payment rhythm
Packages take 40% to start, 40% when the shortlist is approved, and 20% after placement. Object purchases are due when the dealer requires a hold.
Belgian VAT applies where due and appears separately on invoices sent from [email protected].
What pricing never covers
Structural building work, electrical upgrades, and municipal permits stay with your contractor. We coordinate timing but do not price masonry or wiring.
If a piece arrives damaged from a third-party carrier, we help document the claim; carrier liability remains with the shipper’s terms.
